Use of Service

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for content issued via receipts and compliance with laws.
• Do not misuse the service (no unlawful, harmful, or abusive use).

Accounts & Access

• Keep credentials secure.
• We may suspend access for violations or security concerns.

Payments

• Paid plans are billed per your subscription; handled by payment processors.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Receipts & Data

• You control what appears on receipts.
• Public receipts are verifiable by anyone with the link/code.
• We may anonymize participant data upon request.

Availability

• Service is provided "as is" without warranty; we aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime.

Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.

Changes

• We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
